The only places gazebos will be permitted at this years Spedeweekend will be up the scoreboard bend up against the fence where there is room available. If any other gazebos are put up which are not there will be removed.
No gazebos can be placed before 5pm on Thursday 3rd July and before doing so you must find me to go with you to decide where to put them. This will be on a first come, first served basis and once the spaces are full no further gazebos will be allowed.
This was the only complaint we had of last years Spedeweekend which we are rectifying this year.
