Competitor Booking In

Spedeworth/Incarace are pleased to be re-introducing the online booking system for drivers.

The system will be different to the pre-covid system so please read this news item carefully before attempting to make an online booking for a race meeting.

• Only FULLY LICENCED Spedeworth/Incarace/Mildenhall or BriSCA registered drivers can use the system. We must have received your licence application prior to you making an online booking.
• Please visit www.spedeworthtickets.co.uk to make your race booking via the homepage of this website.
• Temp/day licence drivers or other ORCi promotion licenced drivers must still call 01252 322920 to make a booking.
• Race payments (subject to your formula) are still required to be paid in advance and you will be able to do this whilst completing your online race booking.
• If you are not eligible to make an online booking but continue through the process, make a payment and we are unable to accept the booking NO REFUND will be issued and your booking will be rejected.
• Once on the online booking section please select the event and your formula. Fill in your details in the box provided include your name, race number and formula before adding your booking to the cart.
• During the process don’t forget to create your online account with us to speed up the booking process next time.
• Once you have completed the process you will receive an automated email to say your ‘order’ is pending with us.
• If your booking is successful, you will receive an email ‘Race Booking Confirmed’. At this stage you do not need to do anything else. If you receive a ‘Race Booking Rejected’ email you will need to call our head office on 01252 322920 for further information.
• National Banger bookings for licenced drivers can also be made by texting 07503 605802.
• Please note:- Not all events will be eligible for online bookings. To find out please check the COMING EVENTS section on the homepage of the website www.spedeworth.co.uk

This is a new system so please also remember to enter your email address correctly whilst completing your booking to ensure you receive your booking confirmation email.

Finally, remember the online booking system can ONLY be used by fully licenced Spedeworth/Incarace/Mildenhall or BriSCA registered drivers.

It is hoped that by now returning to online bookings for race events it will save drivers time with calling our head office and if you set up an online account with us the process will be even quicker.
