The 2023 Arlington Stadium, Eastbourne Gala Night takes place on Saturday 28th October.

Please find below details which will help everyone attending the event:-

• Spectator parking is available at the stadium and is charged at £2.00 per vehicle.
• PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE LOCAL ROADS. Inconvenient parking risks the future of events at Arlington Stadium. The venue has ample parking and you are expected to use it and not park in areas to disturb local residents.
• Turnstiles open at 3pm and advanced e-ticket holders will enter the stadium through GATE 9 next to the main turnstile block. Please ensure you have your e-ticket email ready with your e-ticket reference number to prevent delays.
• If you are paying on arrival through the main turnstiles you can do so using either cash or card methods of payment. Please follow the instructions of the staff on duty so you use the correct turnstile for your method of payment to avoid delays.
• The event will begin at 5pm.
• Race drivers – pit parking will be allocated as follows:-
o National Ministox & Rookie Rods – Far top pits. (Past the pit office beyond tree line and breakdown area).
o Bangers – Main pit area.
• Race drivers please park where instructed. If you are together but on separate transporters you MUST ARRIVE TOGETHER if you want to park together. There will be NO saving spaces. Any issues caused WILL result in no racing for you at the event.
• Drivers briefing will take place on the infield at 4.30pm. YOU MUST ATTEND so do not be late arriving. You will NOT be racing if you do not attend the briefing.
