Spedeworth/Incarace are pleased to announce the news regarding the camping for BriSCA F1 Stock Car World Championship event.

It is important that you read and fully understand the following points before booking your camping with us.
• Price per unit is £35.00 for the event.
• No entry to site will be permitted on before 2pm on Thursday 7th September. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
• Please ensure you enter via the Camping Entrance gate from the road. Failure to do so will result in you being charged again!
• All units will be required to carry a fire extinguisher.
• All units camping will be issued with a camping pass on arrival.
• No campfires, fire pits or disposable barbecues are permitted.
• All rubbish must be bagged and placed in the bins provided or taken home with you.
• Toilet and fresh water facilities will be provided. Anybody found to leave waste in the field will be fined £500 and banned from all stadiums until the fine is paid. Any type of waste left in the field may cause the stadium to be shut down.
• No loud music is permitted except at the licenced bar within the stadium. Music maybe played at a sensible level at your unit but must be turned off by 10.30pm.
• Security will be patrolling the site throughout the night. Any reports of incidents around your unit will result in action taken against you. Each unit is responsible for the people included with it and surrounding it.
• Medical personnel and fire officers will be on site throughout the event.
• Full details will be provided within the welcome pack when you arrive.

Please ensure that you are able to adhere to the above rules prior to arriving and staying with us as it is vitally important to the future of the stadium that everyone plays their part in the correct way.
