The Kev Waller Memorial Meeting at Mildenhall Stadium is upon us and below are a few notes to help everyone along with the weekend:-
• This event has SOLD OUT and NO tickets are available to purchase at the stadium on either day. If you do not have an advanced ticket please DO NOT make the journey to the event as you will not be permitted to enter the stadium.
• Camping will be open on Friday 6th May.
• Pit Parking:- The pits will open at 9am on Saturday 7th May. There is NO saving spaces. If you wish to park together then arrive together and please park sensibly and follow the pit marshals instructions. Failure to do so may result in you not being permitted to race. NO vehicles other than the transporter bringing the race car are permitted in the pit area. All other vehicles MUST park in the car park.
• This weekend is all about fun and on that note please remember families and children will also be present. NO bad behaviour will be tolerated at any time throughout the weekend. You will be refused admission if you cause any issues resulting in disrupting the event.
• Drivers please sign-in straight away at the pit office before unloading your transporters. This will help keep the queues at the pit office from building up later in the day. Once signed in please then go to scrutineering. Don’t leave it until last minute as the races will not be held for anyone.
• Drivers briefing will take place at 2.30pm on Saturday and 11.30am on Sunday on the holding pad.
• Race fans will have received your e-ticket(s) for the event. Please have these ready and ensure you go to the correct turnstile to avoid any delays in entering the stadium. If you have not got your e-ticket in your inbox please check your junk/spam folders.
• E-Ticket codes can only be used ONCE so please ensure everyone in your group goes through the turnstiles together.
• Turnstiles will open at 11.30am on Saturday and 9am on Sunday.
• All parking other than specified above is in the car park (including staff parking). Only breakdowns scheduled to work at the event are permitted within the pits / pit lane area.
