Alongside the drivers briefing which is available to view via the link below we would like to make all drivers aware of the qualifying procedure for the event on Sunday at Hednesford Hills Raceway.

Prior to the Man of the Midlands race there will be two heats of which each driver must race in one of them to be allowed into the Man of the Midlands race. These heats are nudge and spin to the infield ONLY. All drivers please note that any driver who enters one of the heats and is deemed not to be racing within the spirt of the competition will also not be permitted in the Man of the Midlands race at the discretion of the meeting steward. The Steward of the Meetings decision on this matter will be final.

All cars who compete in one of the heats will be permitted into the Man of the Midlands race with the two heat winners being placed on the front row of the grid where a coin toss will determine which driver can choose to start on the inside or outside pole.

Due to the current restrictions there will be no grand parade this year and we ask that all drivers please be understanding of this fact.

The Man of the Midlands race will start with two rolling laps. If there is a race stoppage within the first three laps there will be a complete restart but no repair time will be given.

A reminder to ALL drivers that except in an emergency e.g. car fire, you MUST remain in your car at all times unless instructed by a race official to exit your car. This includes at the end of a race whilst waiting a recovery vehicle if required. Failure to comply with this rule will result in you been loaded from the meeting.

The next race of the day will be a Grand National race and the final event for you will be a Destruction Derby.

The Destruction Derby MUST remain on the oval!

Finally, do NOT forget the COVID-19 rules please. Ensure you adhere to the social distancing rules, remain within your social bubble and you MUST wear a face covering at all times.
