As the weekend is almost here, we're reflecting on last weekend at Hednesford Hills Raceway with two great stories from an all-Stock Car affair at the much-loved venue.
In the BriSCA F1 Stock Cars, #345 Jake Harrhy crossed the line first - after his father #45 Nigel did the same feat a few years ago at the venue, only to fail post-race scrutineering - a fantastic story which will be remembered for years to come. Harrhy stood on the podium with star of the future #295 Louis Goodwin and ever-present #175 Karl Hawkins.
Moving to the BriSCA F2 Stock Cars and it was #286 Kasey Jones who stunned the sizeable crowd with the successful last bend lunge on #581 Dan Fallows. Jones has been racing with INCARACE since his time in the Ninja Karts, and will certainly be one to watch in the future as he races alongside the formula's big names such as #183 Charlie Guinchard and #647 Chris Burgoyne who he shared the World Qualifier meeting final podium with.
Not forgetting the National Ministox on the first of multiple visits to the venue in 2024, who certainly delivered great racecraft as they always do.
We'd like to thank everyone for their support at the event, and hope to see you again for more racing throughout the year! Don't forget the double World Qualifier Weekend coming up at Mildenhall and Northampton for the BriSCA F1 + F2 Stock Cars next weekend.
