Saturday 12th September: The BriSCA F2 Stock Cars Championship of the World
The weekend’s first gold roof will be contested on the Saturday, with the biggest race of the BriSCA F2 season in front of what is expected to be a huge crowd. Also racing on the Saturday are the spectacular Saloon Stock Cars.
Looking, first, to the BriSCA F2 Stock Cars - going for gold on Saturday - with a hugely open title up for grabs with the unpredictable nature of shale racing in the formula. Over the year there have been final winners from various drivers, but it all leads up to the biggest race of the season. Scotsman #7 Gordon Moodie faces 25 laps of fast, frantic and bumper-packed BriSCA F2 racing to defend his title - and whilst starting in pole position is definitely a favourable start, it's the pack of 35 cars behind him who will be looking to take the gold roof home with them at the end of this must-see weekend.
Moodie faces huge competition from the drivers surrounding him at the business end of the grid: watch out for #183 Guinchard, #9 Thackra and #346 England all looking for their first World Final win - all with fantastic form on the loose stuff in 2026.
Competition also comes from over the water, with the biggest EVER entry from the Netherlands in the big race - with 11 drivers drivers from the Mainland looking to repeat history by looking to do what #124 Peters did at the last BriSCA F2 Stock Car World Final at the venue back in 2005 and claim victory for Holland.
Don't forget, the grid for the big race remains incomplete until after the Last Chance Qualifier - with some of the sport's biggest names from the UK and Netherlands looking to secure their spot on the World Final grid. Watch out for #674 Steven Burgoyne and #213 Tom Bennett from the front row as well as plenty more big names looking to join the rear of the grid.
| 8:00am | Camping re-opens, car park opens, competitor gate opens | | 9:00am | Advance ticket collection + Turnstiles open | | 11:45am | BriSCA F2 World Finalist parade | | 12:00pm | BriSCA F2 World Final Track Walk opens to public | | 12:55pm | Meeting introduction | | 1:00pm | Event start - BriSCA F2 Overseas Time Trials | | 6:00pm | Competitor gate closes for drivers racing on Sunday | | Race finish | Afterparty in the bar | | 8:30pm | Camping arrival closes. No admittance to the venue after this time, please wait until 8am Sunday morning to enter |
Sunday 13th September: The Saloon Stock Cars Championship of the World plus the World Masters
Day 3 sees the Saloons’ showtime moment as they go for gold in the 2026 World Final race - standby for chaos as these armoured beasts race for glory. Racing will also come from the BriSCA F1 (World Masters + Shootout Round) and F2 Stock Cars (World Masters) once again to round off what is shaping up to be a must-see for race fans.
Saloon Showtime! Strap yourself in and standby for bumper-packed action from the front to the back of the grid: the Saloon Stock Car Championship of the World is not one to be missed.
It's all eyes on #389 Ryan Santry as this hugely popular World Champion defends his crown, with the gold roof campaign proving to be a hugely successful season - will it be red, black and gold once again at the end of the weekend?
Santry is joined on the front row by #902 Brad Compton-Sage, another driver who is always at the business end of the Saloon Stock Car results - and he will be looking to add his name to the prestigious Roll of Honour and join the greats of this incredible sport.
Competition from overseas sees #747 Matthew Stirling and #153 Nick Antwerpen from the third row amongst a whole host of pilots who are more than capable of being crowned World Champion after 25 laps of the Brafield shale.
Just like the BriSCA F2 Stock Cars, plenty of Saloon drivers are still looking to get their place on the grid from one of two Last Chance races on Saturday. Watch out for drivers such as #156 Darren Goudy and #399 Cole Atkins who want to turn their starting position into a place on the grid of the main race.
| 8:00am | Car park opens, competitor gate opens | | 9:00am | Turnstiles open | | 10:45am | Saloon Stock Car World Finalist parade | | 11:00am | Saloon Stock Car World Final Track Walk opens to public | | 11:55am | Meeting introduction | | 12:00pm | Event start |
We wish all competitors the very best of luck, and remind drivers to ensure their race cars conform to the rule book as extensive checks will be made - this is the driver's responsibility to ensure their car is legal.
