Race Fans with a keen eye may have noticed some additional Filming at last week’s Aldershot Meeting when we hosted the Team from ‘Air Eye’ who were experimenting with one of their 360° Camera Rigs.

The Rig was attached to one of the Retro Drift cars as an experiment and the results were impressive to say the least with 360° Filming coupled with the traversing of the drift car, made for some incredible footage.

Todd Zillwood – Hunt and the Air Eye Team will return to Aldershot this Sunday to test further with a view to recording additional footage with us at this year’s Ipswich Spedeweekend on 27th & 28th June when not only will they be utilising a 360° Rig, but also possibly a ‘Flying Drone’ in the centre green!
