Junior Rods

Heat 1 - 207 Jack Grandon, 330, 5, 12, 55, 297, 56, 28, NOF.

Jack Grandon continues his good form with another win after 55 Fred Walker had led for half of the race.

Heat 2 - 330 Tyler Wilkin, 207, 297, 35, 55, 12, 5, 56, 114, NOF.

This one gets stopped for 28 on the final lap after he hits the wall, Tyler Wilkin takes the win!

Final - 207 Jack Grandon, 5 Eric Walker, 330 Tyler Wilkin, 55, 297, 35, 12, 56, 114, NOF.

The Final sees the last race for 56 George Forest as he turns 16 in the week, we understand he's moving up into the Historic Stock Cars so we wish him well! Jack Grandon takes a heat and final double with the flag and winner's trophy in this one.

National Bangers

Heat 1 - 469 Paul Quinnell, 706, 275, 728, 757, 402, 225, 751, 456, 910.

A cracking first race for the Vans with 25 of them all-in, the Surrey Street Squad causing havoc as always but not having it all their own way as the others set about them, and it's local driver Paul Quinnell who takes the opener!

Heat 2 - 331 Jason Jackson, 288, 757, 706, 130, 728, NOF.

25 vans again and carnage everywhere with the huge 814 CF ending in a mess, a rollover for 666 Jason Brown calls an early halt to the race and 331 Boxer Jack takes the win.

Final - 463 Chris Woods, 331 Jason Jackson, 728 Tim Dray, 456, NOF.

17 vans for the Final and a stoppage for the rolled 277 Sean Rowell, he is back on all four wheels and in at the back for the restart, reds again as 277 gets a heavy hit, all Ok though apart from being winded and the race is called and we look forward to the DD!

DD - 728 Tim Dray from 403 George Tickner.

15 Vans for the DD and it boils down to 456 Nathan Roberts and 331 Boxer Jack against the SSS pair of 403 Cockle and 728 Spikey, and although the 456 van puts up a great fight it's 728 who finishes off 403 to win it and end a very entertaining meeting again at Aldershot Raceway!

Historic Stock Cars

Heat 1 - 334 Chris Olding, 523, 32, 245, 187, 632, 87, 726, 193 , 192.

28 Historics for heat 1 and an early rollover for 8 Kevin Harrison bringing out the red flags, from the restart 510 Gordon Coull loses a wheel bringing yellows out, off again and 414 the early leader with 32 taking over briefly before the two Olding Triumphs come through and they have a great battle for the lead before Chris just takes it by a foot!

Heat 2 - 187 Tom Chapman, 203, 523, 510, 245, 700, 726, 14, 81, 504.

Tom Chapman takes the second win for the Historics, 203 was the early leader but 157 Derrick Tribe takes over only to spin out straight away letting 187 through.

Eddie James Trophy - 510 Gordon Coull, 32 Mark Johnson, 187 Tom Chapman, 245, 700, 726, 87, 732, 504.

The Eddie James Trophy race sees 18 cars start, 32 sets the early pace but a yellow flag for a wheel off 14 Steve Stallwood's car brings the chasers closer, 32 Mark Johnson leads them away with 192 and 510, but 32 can't hold on and it's 510 who takes over with 2 laps to go to take the win.
