We are getting increasing problems with drivers not booking in to race for our events until very late, or waiting for the office to call them to check if they are racing.
As a business we need to have a good number of cars listed on the website early in the week to ensure that the public have a good idea of numbers when they plan their weekends.
As a result we are considering removing the complimentary ticket which drivers are issued with, if they have not booked in to race by 5pm on the Tuesday before the meeting.
We hope not to need to implement this, so would ask drivers to help us out and book in as soon as possible for each meeting. We take bookings up to 2 months before each event.
