Anyone at Arlington last night will have seen National Banger driver 884 Tom Filmer taken off in an ambulance after a nasty collision with the armco.

Lots of people have been asking after Tom, so just to keep everyone informed he is in hospital in Brighton and will hopefully have an operation later today to stitch up 2 deep cuts in his leg.

He's been on the phone to us this morning and is in good spirits, and will keep us informed on his progress. Thanks to everyone for their concern, and we will of course let you know how he's getting on.

I am sure everyone will join all at Spedeworth in wishing Tom a speedy recovery.
