The Rookie Rod End of Year Awards Party will be held on Saturday 17th November 2012 at the Holiday Inn Farnborough (Lynchford Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 6AZ) from 7:30pm until 1:00am, kindly organised by Becca Dance.

There will be a buffet served from 8:30pm, with the awards being presented at 9:00pm. The awards have been sponsored by willing companies and drivers, and all are being voted for by the drivers in the formula. There are a range of trophies up for grabs from Driver of the Year, to Best Newcomer, and even a Bumper Basher Award.

Tickets are available at £22.50 per adult, and £10.00 per child (each including a £5 non-refundable deposit to cover the venue if things fall through which is unlikely).

Dress code is smart/casual, and anyone is welcome.
There will be a private bar (cash only), along with a buffet, awards, and a great DJ. All in all it should be a really fun night for drivers and spectators alike!

The venue/hotel is also offerring us discounted rooms, which will be available at £60 for a twin/double room, and £75 for a family room. There is a special code that is needed to book these particular rooms so this will need to be obtained from Becca Dance.

It is also the Best in Britain meeting the next day at Wimbledon, so it may be an idea to come down, stay over and make a weekend of it to head up to watch that meeting on the Sunday evening!
