Spedeworth / Incarace would like to announce an update to the fixture scheduled to take place at Aldershot Raceway this coming Sunday.

The long-range weather forecast for the area on Sunday is for heavy rain showers throughout the day.

The event is still going to run on Sunday but we have taken the decision to remove the Caravan Figure Of 8 Destruction Derby. The ‘Back To Basics’ Bangers featuring the Bucket Of Ducks Race, BriSCA V8 Stock Cars – World Qualifier & National Ministox – National Championship Qualifier will still go ahead as planned.

We have taken this decision as we feel if people are planning to attend the event purely to watch the Caravan Figure Of 8 Destruction Derby it will be a whole meeting waiting in the potential rain.

BUT there is good news!!

The Caravan Figure Of 8 Destruction Derby will still take place this season at Aldershot Raceway!! It will now take place on Sunday 13th October 2019. This meeting also features the ‘Back To Basic’ Bangers – Unlimited “No Weld Final” which is also the meeting to celebrate 50 years of the Great Roger Wilko. Plus, Bone Builders Ninja Karts, Junior Bangers and Mini Super Twos. First race starts at 12noon.

For race fans who have purchased e-tickets in advance for the event at Aldershot Raceway on Sunday 29th September 2019 and due to the fixture change no longer wish to attend there are now two options available to you:-
Option 1 is we can transfer your e-ticket(s) to the event on Sunday 13th October.
Option 2 is we can cancel the order and offer you a full refund on the e-ticket order you have made.

For either option please call our head office on 01252 322920 and one of our team will be happy to help. If you are still planning to attend on Sunday 29th September you do not need to do anything. Please note that e-ticket(s) will not be refunded after 1pm on Friday 27th September. Failure to attend the event after this time will result in no refund being issued.

So to recap, the event at Aldershot Raceway on Sunday 29th September is ON but will not feature the Caravan Figure Of 8 Destruction Derby. This has now been moved to Sunday 13th October.
