Spedeworth / Incarace would like to make everyone aware who has order advanced tickets for the Wimbledon events on sale that there is currently a delay in dispatching tickets due to the amount of orders which have been placed.

If you have ordered you tickets online and you have received an email confirmation saying your order is ‘COMPLETE’ then your tickets are secured to you and once the tickets have been sent out you will receive a ‘DISPATCHED’ email to confirm your tickets are on the way. Any orders which were placed before Monday 5th December 2016 which have NOT received a ‘COMPLETE’ confirmation email are not finalised and we would ask you to return to your order to finalise the process please as your tickets are not secured.

Phone order tickets are also in the process of completion and tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We have had several enquiries from people about payments not coming out of their bank accounts. Once again due to the overwhelming popularity of the tickets for the events it may take upto seven days for your order to appear on your bank statement but your tickets are secured if you ordered via phone or have received the ‘COMPLETE’ or ‘DISPATCHED’ emails for an online order.

It is great to see the support for these events at Wimbledon Stadium and our apologies for any inconvenience caused due to this delay.
