The 1300 Stock Car Association are delighted that racing will shortly be resuming for the formula.

The costs of staging events though continues to increase and problems for promoters have been compounded by the recent forced suspension of racing.

With this in mind 1300 Stock Car Drivers who have a full licence will now be charged a £25 fee to race which will include the driver’s ORC levy and will give admission for drivers plus one other.

Promoters will continue to pay prize monies as per their earlier schedules.

We know this may not be popular in some quarters but with many events run at a loss by promoters this is a small contribution which drivers are being asked to make to keep venues operating.
