All vehicles are to pay the £16.00 per day site fee. Vehicles arriving from 12.00 midday Friday until 3.00am Saturday morning are to pay for 2 days. Vehicles arriving after 3.00 am on Saturday morning are to pay for one day.

Vehicle = four wheels. Therefore each car / lorry / car with trailer / car with caravan / etc. is to pay the £16.00 unit fee, even if more than one car load are sharing a caravan or tent (this is how we are charged from the showground)

The car park at the stadium will be open from 7.00a.m. on Saturday and 7.00a.m. on Sunday. The Diner will be open and serving hot food between 7.00a.m. and 8.00a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Then the stadium is cleared in order for the turnstiles to open at 9.30am (Advanced Tickets 9.00 am). The car park fee is £2.00 (on both Saturday and Sunday).

Saturday pm everybody must leave the stadium by 11.00 pm. Showground staff should be back at reception as early as possible, preferably leaving before the last race. Sunday, all persons must be away from the stadium by 7.00 pm, showground staff should be back as early as possible, to help manage the exodus, ensuring that people use rubbish bags etc.
